Eric's parents are also away, just for tonight, oddly enough, near the same area of New Hampshire. We offered to take care of their dog as well. Lo Sze (pronounced low-see) is a 3year old terrier/pug mix. She's jumpy and yippee and I think she's a pain in the tush, but Aiden likes her. When she's being calm and cuddling on your lap, she's not half bad.
And, of course, we have our dog Onyx, who is completely not amused by any of this dog sitting business. They are drinking out of his water bowl, getting some of his treats and snatching up our attention. For Onyx, the only thing worse than Aiden, is another dog in the house...let alone two!
Even though they all seem to be shedding and they all beg for food, it's actually kind of fun to have them all in the house. Aiden has had a good time feeding them all and giving each one biscuits. It was fun to take them all for a walk tonight. Star and Lo Sze seem to like the attention from Aiden, but Onyx never does. If Aiden comes near him, he goes running...so I think Aiden likes getting some attention back from our guest doggies too!
Tonight should be interesting when Star is sleeping on the floor next to the bed snoring, Lo Sze is sleeping on our heads snoring and Onyx is also sleeping in our room just because he's jealous of the other two. At least Onyx doesn't snore. I'm sure at our one point through the night, Aiden will come crawling into our bed too, like he does most nights.
It will be one big happy family!

A home just isn't a home without a cat...or two...or three :-P I'm sure Onyx would just Loooovvvvee having a cat (or two) in the house :-P lol would make a good substitution for TV.
